\n\n Kittitas County Will Hold a Second Open House Regarding Compliance with the Growth Management Hearings Board

\n\n On July 17\, 2013 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Kittitas County will be holding a second open house regarding changes to the county comprehensive plan and code regulations to protect the quality and quantity of ground and surface water. The meeting will be held in the Western Village VIP Room at the Kittitas County Fairgrounds.

\n\n Staff from Kittitas County Community Development Services (KCCDS) and Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) will be present to discuss their efforts to comply with the Growth Management Hearings Board and protect the future of ground and surface water in Kittitas County.
\n\n \;
\n\n &ldquo\;This open house is a continued effort to acknowledge public feedback and provide ongoing education about future water restrictions and metering\,&rdquo\; says Dr. Mark Larson\, Kittitas County Health Officer.

\n\n KCCDS and KCPHD staff members will be giving brief presentations\, with time reserved after to answer questions regarding the history of these compliance efforts\, land use changes\, water restrictions\, and metering.
