The documentary will feature interviews\, archival footage and filmed performances that highlight the role of music in the South African struggle against the injustices of Apartheid. Tuesday\, Feb. 11 in SURC 135 at 5:30 p.m. This roundtable discussion will include CWU English professor Bobby Cummings\, History professor Lacy Ferrell\, Religious Studies professor Geraldine O? Mahoney\, Theatre director Jay Ball\, Anthropology professor Mark Auslander and Associate Dean of Student Life Keith Champagne. Often referred to as ?the father of the nation\,? Mandela has received more than 250 honors in his lifetime including the Nobel Peace Prize and the US Presidential Medal of Freedom.
