Ruby Street\n\nEllensburg\, Washington\n\n\n\nIn January\, Kittitas County Commissioners placed a moratorium on accepting applications for larger solar projects until development regulations can be adopted to address concerns related to impacts to agricultural activities and surrounding land uses.  A work plan has been adopted and a citizen advisory committee has been meeting since September to discuss alternatives.
