This experimental banquet is free for CWU students\, although a ticket is still required. General admission is $5 or by donating a small bag of non-perishable food items. Tickets are available at www.cwu.edu/tickets or at the Wildcat Shop. Those deciding to donate a bag of non-perishable food items are asked to RSVP to Ashley Stubbs\, Campus Activities student programmer\, at stubbsa@cwu.edu by Dec. 2 to reserve a seat. As guests enter they will be assigned an income class level that they will be portraying throughout the evening. Everything from the place they sit\, what they are fed and the method of consumption will vary according to income level. Only 20% of participants will draw high-income characters that receive a full meal that night. This powerful event that will challenge the views and perceptions of the participants and change the way people think about poverty and hunger.
