DESCRIPTION:As in years past\, the Ellensburg Downtown Association and Kelleher Motor Company will host an evening full of fun\, food\, and holiday spirit. Previously part of the Festival of Trees\, the Holiday Gala used to feature an auction of elaborately decorated trees and wreaths. This year\, we are mixing things up\, discarding formality (and the trees)\, and kicking our feet up for an evening of comedy\, featuring the CWU improv group\, Sharks with Legs. The show will require audience participation\, so come prepared. If audience participation isn't up your alley\, bring your checkbook\, we'll let you buy your way out of anything! Holidays at the Improv is serving as a fundraiser for both the Ellensburg Downtown Association and Sharks with Legs. We will be raising funds in a series of unexpected ways\; for example\, you may nominate someone in the audience for a particular game\, but be careful\, they may just outbid you and send it back your way. We will start the evening with a no-host cocktail hour\, followed by a catered dinner\, and a show that promises to keep you on the edge of your seat. The evening is sponsored by Kelleher Motor Company. Buy your tickets early\; you won't want to miss this!
