The Hoedown will be at Rotary Pavilion on 4th Avenue and Pearl Street on Thursday\, Aug. 29 from 7-11 p.m. Entertainment is being brought to guests for free\, thanks to the Ellensburg Rodeo and other great sponsors. The EDA will be partnering with area breweries and wine shops to provide a beer and wine garden for those of legal drinking age.
