This class is designed for older residents to help keep their muscles tone and to help prevent falling. The exercises can be done in sitting in a char or standing to music and great fun for all participants. You may pick up more information about the class which includes doctor release form on February 2 at 1:30 pm at the Jazzercise building. Men and women 60 and older are encouraged to check out the class and join in the fun.
