We will head to the vineyards mimosa & pruner in hand to pick grapes for the first hour. We will then follow those grapes to the production facility to see how they are de-stemmed\, crushed and juiced. Winemaker Freddy Arredondo will talk about the fermentation process that goes into making our delicious Cave B wines. You will experience the life of a Winemaker and participate in "punch downs" followed by some barrel and tank tasting. Next we will have a Food & Wine pairing talk to get you ready for the holidays! Having worked up an appetite we will head to lunch catered by Country Boys BBQ (some of the best BBQ around)! During lunch enjoy the live tunes of local musician Mike Bills. Last but definitely not least is the most exciting time of the day\, our annual Grape Stomping Competition. Enter your name to see if your name is drawn to stomp your heart out!
