DESCRIPTION:NBC's Last Comic Standing winner Iliza Shlesinger is set to bust a few guts as the entertainment headliner for CWU Homecoming 2015. Everyone is invited to attend Saturday\, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. in the CWU Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Ballroom. Tickets are $12 for CWU students w/ID\, $18 for general admission and $25 for reserved seating. Tickets are available at www.cwu.edu/tickets.\n\n \n\nSince winning Season 6 of "Last Comic Standing" Shlesinger has found resounding success performing live stand-up in front of sell-out crowds. In a partnership with online-streaming company Netflix\, Shlesinger released two comedy specials as timed exclusives: "War Paint" in 2013\, and "Freezing Hot" in January 2015. Both received commercial and critical appraisal.\n\n \n\nAs part of "Freezing Hot's" release\, Shlesinger is currently touring the U.S.\, including CWU where she will be performing material from that special in addition to all new jokes.
