We are seeking a program qualified homebuyer: ? Resident of Kittitas County. ? Income below 80% area median income (Family of 4 with household income at or below $52\,650). ? Has not owned a home within the past three years. ? Has good or fixable credit. ? Can obtain a mortgage. Kittitas Yakima Valley Community Land Trust is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in its 5th year of operation. Our mission is to support moderate-to-low-income workforce individuals and families to build assets and invest in themselves as well as their community through the creation and maintenance of affordable homeownership opportunities. We steward first-time homebuyers throughout the process of purchasing and owning a home. $145\,000 (Mortgage approx. $1000/month\, including taxes and insurance ?estimate based on good credit score /history). Possible down-payment assistance and closing cost assistance through partner organizations.
