DESCRIPTION:Ola Gjeilo\, the CWU Chamber Choir & Friends present music of Gjeilo Friday\, April 7\, 2017\, 7p.m. | Central Washington University McIntyre Music building Concert Hall $12 (general)\, $7 (students\, seniors) http://www.cwu.edu/music/event-tickets \n\n\n\nAccomplished pianist and composer\, Ola Gjeilo\, has visited CWU's campus three times previously to record sessions with the CWU Chamber Choir\, which has resulted in 11 YouTube videos. On April 7\, he will perform with the CWU Chamber Choir in concert for the first time. Gjeilo and the Chamber Choir will present his well-known pieces such as Unicornis Captivatur\, and Luminous night of the Soul. But there will also be new compositions just recently published   such as Wintertide and The Rose. Many of the pieces will feature a string quartet with Gjeilo on the piano.
