LOCATION:Wild Horse Wind Facility 25905 Vantage Highway Take University Way through Ellensburg\, and continue east on to the Vantage Highway for 16.5 miles. Look for the arch and sign at the crest of the ridge. Head north on Beacon Ridge Rd for 3 miles to the visitor center.
