From beet labneh\, to crispy duck-style congee\, to black garlic potato croquettes dappled with soubise\, to chard tartlets\, you and your guests will get to experience a truly global menu developed by Chef Michael. Wines featured will include both a sparkling and still Pinot Noir from Breezy Slope at the foothills of the Blue Mountains\; two beautiful high-acid and clean white wines\, a S millon and a dry Riesling\; an energetic Mourv dre\; and a luscious Tempranillo from Columbia Valley. A collaboration between Gallery One and Helen House / Trans Rural Lives\, funds from this event will support these community organizations.
