You will enter into the healing sanctuary and begin by releasing the day's activities through a guided meditation. This will prepare you for the next two hours\, setting your energy into the space of learning and experiencing that which comes from within self\, in order to discover Self.\n\n\n\nThe workshop itself will include 2-3 experiential meditation exercises. These exercises will be designed to gain access into your own personal soul journey on the topic of "Who Am I?" Each participant will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and learn from other class participants.
