CWU Family Weekend 2015
Campus Activities presents CWU?s Family Weekend 2015. Enjoy a Mother?s Day weekend packed full of activities around campus and the community from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10. Kicking off the weekend is a performance by Emmy Award winning comedian Sara Schaefer on Friday, May 8 at 8 p.m. in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Theatre. Her resume boasts recent high-profile work on television, including appearances on ?Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,? ?BestWeekEver.tv? and ?Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.? She has also worked as a co-host of the late night MTV show ?Nikki & Sara Live.? Other events include CWU Theatre Ensemble?s production of ?Fiddler on the Roof,? a special Mother?s Day brunch with live music by Nelly?s Echo, Wild Horse Wind Farm tours, historic downtown Ellensburg tours, Outdoor Pursuits and Rentals (OPR) Yakima River floats and an interactive art day at Gallery One.
