Introduction to All-Grain Brewing
Master the basics of brewing your own all-malt beer with other avid homebrewers and brewing professionals. See, smell, and taste the raw ingredients that go into making a fine bottle of beer, and gain the confidence to go beyond extract kit limitations. In this workshop, you will learn the details of each step in traditional malt brewing and gain confidence for trying this in the home setting. You will also observe homebrewery examples as well as experience hands-on brewing with state-of-the-art commercial equipment, discussing methods, equipment options, and ways to produce the beers YOU want. This course comes with over 3 hours of instruction covering brewing ingredients/processes and vital statistics (ABV, SRM, IBU, gravity), examples of home and commercial breweries, a course workbook, Diamond Knot production brewery tour, a certificate of completion, and brewery swag (think glasses and t-shirts).
