Lion Rock Visiting Writers Series at CWU: Poet Mark Wunderlich
The Lion Rock Visiting Writers Series at CWU is pleased to welcome poet Mark Wunderlich. His first book, The Anchorage, was published in 1999 by the University of Massachusetts Press, and received the Lambda Literary Award. His second book, Voluntary Servitude, was published by Graywolf Press in 2004. A third volume of poems titled The Earth Avails was published by Graywolf in 2014. He has published individual poems in The Paris Review, Yale Review, Slate, Tin House, Poetry, Ploughshares, Boston Review and elsewhere. His work has been included in over thirty anthologies and has been featured on NPR?s All Things Considered. He teaches at Bennington College and in the Bennington MFA in Writing Program. Join Wunderlich for his reading Tuesday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the CWU Wildcat Shop. Books will be on sale at the event courtesy of the Wildcat Shop. Admission is free and open to the public.
