Unheard Voices: Breast Cancer Awareness (Live Music)
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the CWU Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE) is bringing back ?Unheard Voices? on Wednesday, Oct. 14 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at D&M Coffee in Downtown Ellensburg. This free event is open to the public and will offer an opportunity to enjoy live musical performances by CWU student David De Guzman and Ellensburg community member Kyle Bain, singer/guitarist of local band Centaur Midwife. The CLCE suggests a $5 donation at the door to support the Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) ?Tough Enough to Wear Pink? fund, which provides breast cancer screenings to Central Washington residents. Don?t miss this opportunity to share in a fun evening of live music while supporting your community and helping those in need. For more information call the CLCE at 509-963-1850 or email clce@cwu.edu.
