Workshop: Know Thyself - Who Am I?

WORKSHOP: KNOW THYSELF - WHO AM I?  presented by New Perspective Healing Center

In this workshop you will meet others who are on their own quest to learn and know who they truly are. You will enter into the healing sanctuary and begin by releasing the day’s activities through a guided meditation. This will prepare you for the next two hours, setting your energy into the space of learning and experiencing that which comes from within self, in order to discover Self.

The workshop itself will include 2-3 experiential meditation exercises. These exercises will be designed to gain access into your own personal soul journey on the topic of “Who Am I?”   Each participant will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and learn from other class participants. There will be time for open dialogue into the topic while providing information from other sources as well as my own story and experience into this important topic of “knowing thyself by asking the question, “Who Am I?”  

When: Saturday, March 1
Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Cost: $30 (cash or check)
Where: New Perspective Healing Center, Suite 201: Upstairs in the 1888 Building on the corner of 5th and Pearl St. (next to the Dakota Café). Door to the upstairs is just to the left of the entrance into the Gifts of the Vine wine shop.  New Perspective Healing Center is just at the top of the stairs on the left.

For addtional spiritual growth and learning you may also be interested in my Weekly Healing Meditation Classes.  Classes immediately following the workshop (Mondays and Wednesdays -see below or event calendar for full details) will be designed to continue to explore the topic from the workshop over the course of a few weeks enabling you to dive more deeply into various layers of each topic if you wish, or you may jump right in at any time.  You may attend only the workshop, or just some of the weekly classes, or do it all at any given time. It’s up to you.  All are welcome at any time.  Your new journey begins the day you decide.  I will hold new workshops about every 6 weeks.

I bring forth spiritual teachings – those things in which I too have learned, taught from the Divine within my own soul. Many teachings will resonate with you but you may not fully understand or know yet of its complexity, nor its simplicity. I am here to bring old teachings but in a new way, a way that is intended for this time. For it is time to know who it is you truly are. You must know this from the inside and then manifest it outward in your experience of being human. This is The Way. This has been the intent all along. I begin here, as directed/guided by that which is the ALL, the I Am. Come, listen, experience, know. The time is NOW to begin the deep process of learning and knowing Thyself by asking the question, Who Am I?
