We are a family owned and operated custom butcher shop in Ellensburg offering custom butcher services and locally raised meats. We pride ourselves on bringing the best of our region straight to your table and proudly feature a variety of meats-beef, pork, lamb, goat, chicken and turkey-sourced directly from Washington family farms, including our own: Windy N Ranch. Our custom cutting services include USDA, WSDA and wild game processing for small Washington producers.
