DESCRIPTION:Join the Ellensburg Downtown Association for the annual Buskers in the Burg festival taking place in historic Downtown Ellensburg on September 24th from 10am-2pm.  \n\n	Buskers in the Burg is a free all ages community event. \n	10-11am: Get your front row seat for the arts parade featuring GIANT puppets made locally by Blue Bear Puppet Lab\, appearances by Ellensburg Roller Derby and more!\n	11-2pm: Main Stage Acts featuring Music\, Magic and Hillia Hula Hoop Extraordinaire!\n	Buskers Competition- vote for your favorites! \n	Kiddin' Around- kids activities including pumpkin painting\, games\, and fun for all!\n	Food vendors\, Farmers Market and more! \n\nBuskers In The Burg brings the quirky and eccentric to downtown Ellensburg providing unique street performers and fun for all ages. Since 2012\, members of Blue Bear Puppet Lab have been building and performing in the puppet parade that kicks off the event. Starting as a summer opportunity for MFA candidate Brian Kooser\, this rag-tag group of artists have evolved from strangers racing towards a common goal to a 501 3 non-profit organization specializing in public art and spectacle performance throughout the year in Ellensburg.\n\n \n\nSpecial thanks to our sponsors who continue to make Ellensburg a fun place to live\, play and work:\n\nPuget Sound Energy\, Kiwanis Club of Ellensburg\, Enchantment Brewing\, Dutch Bros.
