LOCATION:This event takes place throughout downtown and roads are not closed during this time period. Special thanks to the CWU ROTC for assisting at cross walks. People driving through downtown by vehicle on Friday\, October 28th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. are asked to drive slowly\, be extra cautious\, and be on the lookout for trick or treaters.
