DESCRIPTION:During Fall Prevention month in September 2019. The Adult Activity Center will have a booth alongside KVFR aid unit at the Ellensburg Farmer's Market. There will be visual displays and live demonstrations of programs the AAC offer that promote Fall Prevention including: Tai Chi Quan for Better Balance\, SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life) and a new program we will be offering starting in October "A Matter of Balance". Each of these programs are research based training and endorsed by the Department of Health.
