DESCRIPTION:Ladies Night Out Business & Venue Participation Application\n\nLadies Night Out is an evening that invites shoppers downtown to explore local businesses\, spend time with friends\, and support the community - all while creating a fun\, energetic atmosphere throughout town. \n\n\n\nLadies Night Out is more than an event - it's your chance to get in front of new faces\, increase foot traffic and be part of a fun\, feel-good evening. Shoppers are out to support local\, and your involvement helps make their night one to remember. \n\n\n\nBusinesses can participate in one of two ways: \n\n\n\nBRICK & MORTAR - $25 \n\nThis option is for retail or service-based businesses looking to participate through in-store specials\, activities\, or customer engagement. \n\n\n\nIncludes: \n\n	Listed on the official event map \n	Signage to identify your business as a participating stop\n	Inclusion on event marketing collateral\, including the Chamber website and social media\n	Opportunity to offer in-store specials\, treats\, or giveaways\n	Must be able to collect raffle entries - 1 ticket per $20 spent \n	Required: Two raffle prize donations (minimum $20 value each)\n\nWhat's your Role as a Participating business?\n\nAs a participant in Ladies Night Out\, your business plays a key role in creating a fun and festive experience for attendees. Each business is responsible for managing its own offerings - whether that's a special promotion\, giveaway\, or treat - and for helping spread the word leading up to the event. We encourage you to promote your involvement through your own social media channels\, email lists\, and in-store signage.\n\n\n\nTo ensure a smooth and compliant event\, please note that Sip Stops are no longer part of Ladies Night Out. Businesses that do not already sell alcohol are not permitted to serve alcohol\, including complimentary beverages. Serving alcohol without the proper licensing could jeopardize both your business license and the future of this event. \n\n\n\nAfter registering\, here are a few way to engage shoppers: \n\n	Offer a simple special\, discount or giveaway - gives shoppers an additional reason to stop in\n	Host a pop-up vendor or live musician inside your space \n	Create a spring / Mother's Day touch with treats or non-alcoholic refreshments\n	Be ready for foot traffic with proper staffing and stocked inventory\n\nPOP-UP VENDOR - $25\n\nThis option is for pop-vendors that do not have a brick and mortar but wish to participate in the event. \n\n\n\nIncludes: \n\n\n	Listed on the official event map \n	Placement within a participating business (assigned by the Chamber or coordinated directly)\n	Inclusion on event marketing collateral\, including the Chamber website and social media\n	Opportunity to sell products\, offer samples or promote your brand\n	Valid business license endorsement for the City of Cle Elum (contact City Hall for more information - (509) 674-2262)\n	Cle Elum based pop-up businesses preferred. Please make sure that your merchandise or services do not directly compete with an existing downtown Cle Elum brick & mortar. All pop-ups are subject to Chamber approval. \n	Must be able to collect raffle entries - 1 ticket per $20 spent \n	\n		Required: \n		\n			 Two raffle prize donations (minimum $20 value each) \n		\n		\n	\n	\n\nPlease note: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table or display setup.
