\n - Vendors are responsible for leaving their space to its original condition\, including the removal of all trash.

Vendor Check-In\, Start-Time:\n\n
\n - Vendors need to check in by 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Ale Festival Headquarters (Roslyn Yard) once checked in\, we will direct you to your spot. \;
\n - Vendors need to be ready to start selling to attendees at 12:00 \;p.m.\, with the Festival aspect starting at 1:00 p.m. \;
\n - Vendors must remain setup for the entire duration of the event \;

Cancellation
\nEither party reserves the right to cancel their participation in the event up to 30 days before the scheduled event date without penalty due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control\, including but not limited to natural disasters\, acts of war\, government orders or restrictions\, public health emergencies\, or other force majeure events. \;
