DESCRIPTION:League of Women Voters of Kittitas County in partnership with the Ellensburg Public Library will host an event on September 17 to celebrate National Voter Registration Day. The event will be held at Hal Holmes Community Center from 10 am to 2 pm and will feature a demonstration of the County's Accessible Voting Unit (AVU). The AVU assists and allows disabled voters to vote in complete privacy. Kittitas County Auditor\, Bryan Elliot\, along with representatives of Central Washington Disability Resources will be on hand to help register voters! The event is free and open to the public.
