Event Hours

Saturday\, January 16\, 2027 \;from 12 \;p.m. to 5 p.m. with BEER:30 \;starting at 11:30 a.m.

\nWe provide: \;
\n\n
\n - Returning musicians are eligible for a maximum stipend of $500. \;For new musicians\, solo or duo acts can receive $250\, while full-piece bands are eligible for up to $500. \;
\n - 1\,500+ guests who want to hear your music \;
\n - An assignment of which venue you will be playing at \;
\n - Venue monitors at each venue to make sure everything runs smoothly \;
\n

Performers \;provide: \;
\n\n
\n - All equipment necessary for your performance including seating for yourself if needed
\n - Set up at designated venue between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (BEER:30 starts promptly at 11:30 a.m.)
\n - An understanding that the breweries attending will be speaking about their products\, your music will need to not overpower breweries ability to speak with patrons. The volume needs to be moderate.
\n - Music between 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with short breaks (no more than 10 minutes)

Cancellation
\nEither party reserves the right to cancel their participation in the event up to 30 days before the scheduled event date without penalty due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control\, including but not limited to natural disasters\, acts of war\, government orders or restrictions\, public health emergencies\, or other force majeure events. \;
