19th Annual Giving Tree and Stocking Stuffers Event

It’s always better to give than receive! Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1, a beautiful tree will be displayed in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) walkway. On the tree there will be over 560 gift tags explaining gift wishes with basic information about the boy, girls and adults for whom the gifts are for. The Central Community is highly encouraged to pick from the tree and make someone’s holiday! Also, there will be 200 boy/girl stocking stuffers available. Next to the tree will be a sign-in sheet for participants to register. Gifts range from clothes to Legos or Skylander figurines, and anything in-between. The gifts should be returned to the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement office in the SURC 256 by no later than Wednesday, Nov. 30.
