Basic Mediation Training
The Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima & Kittitas Counties is having our Basic Mediation Training in Yakima, WA. Mediation is a cooperative way to resolve disputes effectively, confidentially, and out of court. In this 40-hour training, you will learn and practice the skills required to become a neutral third-party mediator in any setting. This is an opportunity to develop communication and conflict resolution skills and contribute to non-violent, non-adversarial dispute resolution in our community. Optional mediator certification is available through the DRC with additional training.

Fees/Admission
Cost: $500 to all Yakima & Kittitas County residents, $550.00 to all others. Some scholarships may be available.
