Event Description:

In this upcoming workshop, Veronica and Andy will answer the question “What does EQ² got to do with it?”  They will provide an engaging discussion on how to utilize emotional intelligence and equity to grow your business.  Veronica and Andy will discuss the business case for DEI in small business and how to incorporate emotional intelligence and cultural awareness into your small business.  Each participant will be provided tools to continue their Equity and EQ journey long after the workshop is over.
