Bite of Insight: Carolyn Honeycutt
Join the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE) for its free speaker series, Bite of Insight. This series brings students, faculty and staff up close and personal with guests who share their personal journeys, including their struggles and triumphs. Oh, and don’t forget the treats. Inspiring stories are best heard with a side of cookies. Relatively new to town, the final speaker in the series brings a community perspective Tuesday, March 5 at 3 p.m. in the SURC Pit. Iowa native Carolyn Honeycutt, director of the Ellensburg Downtown Association, received her position in 2010. But what made her come all the way from the Midwest? Only one way to find out, and it involves free food. For more information, please contact the CLCE at 509-963-1524 or cel@cwu.edu.
