Chili Cook-Off & Cowboy Concert at the Swauk-Teanaway Grange
The annual Grange Chili Cook-Off & Cowboy Concert is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Bring your favorite chili to share and enter our contest for a prize! Or make a side dish for the supper - cornbread, rolls, salad or dessert. Ranger Lem Pratt will be here with traditional cowboy tunes, songs of the trail. Bring your pot of chili to the Grange at 5:30 PM, judging will commence at 6:00 PM. Bring enough to share, as these chili samples will be the heart of our potluck supper. $8 ticket/kids 12 and under free. Call Claire at 509-857-2580 for tickets or information. The Grange address is 1361 Ballard Hill Road, Cle Elum. Look for signs at the intersection of SR 970 and Teanaway Road.
