CWU Queer Film Series presents the documentary film "Paragraph 175"

The CWU Center for Diversity and Social Justice (CDSJ) continues their Queer Film Series with a free screening of the documentary ?Paragraph 175? Tuesday, March 11 at 5 p.m. in the Student Union and Recreation (SURC) Pit.  The film chronicles the Nazi?s 1935 decision to revise Paragraph 175 of the German criminal code making homosexual acts between males a crime. Because of this code, around 140,000 men were convicted from 1827 to 1994. The film draws upon testimonies from a handful of survivors that witnessed the horror of the Nazi's purge of homosexuals.  Don?t miss the opportunity to hear these brave men tell their story of survival.  For more information contact the CDSJ at diversity@cwu.edu.
