Indie/folk sensation Fort Vine is coming to Central this winter with guitars in hand and voices ready. The band, which includes a Central alumna, is set to play in the CWU Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Pit Thursday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m., with a teaser performance at noon earlier that day in the Pit. Both performances are free and open to the public.
Fort Vine is composed of Central alumna Nyna Nelson on keyboards and vocals, and Trevor Tunison on guitar and lead vocals. A special acoustic set of their songs will be played from their new album “One In The Same.” The other members of Fort Vine include a drummer and bassist whom won’t be attending.
