High Country Artists will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Carpenter Family Home with a Pioneer Queen's Tea and Art Festival during the 4th of July weekend. All are invited to participate in this year's milestone event. Master artist Ned Mueller will offer a two-day workshop on Fresh Air Painting, and Author Janine Brodine will provide two workshops on Writing.
