Healthy Holiday Foods Event
Planning a healthy menu that everyone can enjoy can be a challenge ? especially during the holiday season. At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, KVH Hospital will hold a healthy holiday foods event designed to make healthy meal preparation an easier task. The evening will offer both education and sampling of actual recipes, selected as good for people such as diabetics who need to control blood sugar levels. This free event is open to the public.
