Join us as a vendor for the Kruisin' Kittitas Car Show and Burnouts on Saturday, August 16, 2025!

Update as of July 21, 2025:
We are currently only accepting non-food/beverage vendors. If you are a food/beverage vendor and would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce at events@kittitascountychamber.com or call us at (509) 925-2002.

Vendor Booth Details:
Booth Size: Standard area is 10 feet by 10 feet wide placed along Main Street. If you need more room please note that in your registration and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Booth Fee: There is a $50.00 fee for each booth space (non-refundable) paid in advance. Payment can be made by credit card at time of registration, or may be invoiced. Please make sure the mailing address listed is correct. Check/Cash/Credit is accepted. Checks can be made out to the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. 609 N Main Street Ellensburg, WA 98926. Vendors who have not paid the booth fee prior to August 15th will not be able to set up a booth at the event on August 16th. 

Insurance/Permits: All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance for the event. And if you are a food/beverage vendor you must also provide a copy of your Kittitas County Health Department Permit/ Supplemental Catering License. Please send your document(s) to events@kittitascountychamber.com.

Cancellations: If you're unable to attend the event, please let us know by Friday, August 8, 2025. We understand plans change, but we do have a waitlist and would appreciate as much notice as possible. Thank you!

Check in: On the day of the event, you will check in at the Chamber Booth to find your assigned booth location. Booths must be set up no later than 9:30 a.m. You are required to provide anything you may need for your booth including tables, chairs, extension cords, shade devices & power/generators. 

Break down: We strongly encourage vendors to break their booth down AFTER the burnout competition is over. 

Schedule: 
8:00 a.m. - Vendors begin setting up
10:00 a.m. - Car Show Begins/Vendors Open
2:00 p.m. - Car Show Awards Ceremony
2:30 p.m. - Seattle Cossacks motorcycle performance 
3:00 p.m. - Burnouts Competition
