Vendor Registration

Join us as a vendor for the Kruisin’ Kittitas Car Show and Burnouts on Saturday, August 15, 2026! This high-energy event draws car enthusiasts and community members from across the region, making it a great opportunity to showcase your products or services.

All vendors are subject to approval by the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. We strive to create a balanced and high-quality vendor experience for attendees, and reserve the right to accept or decline applications accordingly. 

Vendor Booth Details
Booth Size
Each registration includes a 10 feet by 10 feet booth space. If you need more space beyond this or you have a food truck please also register for an additional space.

Booth Fees

• Chamber Members
  • $50 — 10x10 Space
  • $50 — Additional  space needed
• Non-Members
  • $75 — 10x10 Space 
  • $75 — Additional space needed

All fees are non-refundable once an application is approved. If an application is not approved, fees will be refunded. The Chamber reserves the right to invoice for additional charges if submitted fees do not reflect requested booth size.

All booth fees must be paid by August 14. Unpaid vendors will not be allowed to set up.

Requirements
All Vendors:

• Certificate of Insurance required
• General Business License: dor.wa.gov/manage-business/city-endorsements/kittitas

Food & Beverage Vendors:

• Kittitas County Health Department Permit: www.co.kittitas.wa.us/health/services/food.aspx

Cancellations
If you can no longer attend, please notify us by Friday, August 7, 2026. We often have a waitlist and appreciate as much notice as possible.

Event Day Information
Check-In:

• 8:00 a.m. - Begin checking in at the Chamber Booth for your assigned space
• 9:30 a.m. - Booths must be fully set up

Vendors must provide their own (if needed):

• Tables/Chairs
• Extension cords
• Shade (tents, umbrellas, etc.)
• Power/Generators

Schedule: 
8:00 a.m. - Vendors begin setting up
10:00 a.m. - Car Show Begins/Vendors Open
2:00 p.m. - Car Show Awards Ceremony
3:00 p.m. - Burnouts Competition 
Awards Ceremony Following Burnouts Competition 
4:00 p.m. - Breakdown of Booths
We strongly encourage vendors to break their booth down AFTER the burnout competition is over due to blocked roads and crowd control management. Thank you for understanding.
