Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid - This 12-hour program prepares community members to identify, understand, and respond to signs of a person developing a mental health problem, or experiencing a mental health crisis until professional treatment arrives or until the crisis resolves. This process is applied in a variety of situations such as:
- Helping someone through a panic attack
- Engaging with someone who may be suicidal
- Supporting a person experiencing psychosis
- Helping an individual who has overdosed

Dates: June 3 and 17 (must attend both days for full content)
Time: 9:00am - 4pm (lunch on your own from 12:00-1:00)
Cost: $59.00 to be paid day of conference (includes both days, all 12 hours, and course book
