Performer Agreement
The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is proud to invite you to perform at our 21st Annual Winterhop Brewfest event on February 15, 2025. This snow-or-shine event gives 1,600+ beer lovers access to the best PNW brews and local music covering multiple downtown venues in Ellensburg, WA.
We are inviting musicians to play at each of our event venues. This document is intended to explain what we will provide and what you, as a performer will need to provide, as well as serve as an agreement.
Winterhop Brewfest Information
Winterhop Brewfest is set to take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 12:00-5:00 p.m. Each venue will be OPEN at 11:30 a.m. for BEER:30 attendees, which are the VIP ticket holders.
- 20+ Breweries (Wineries and Cideries welcome on a limited basis)
- Set in downtown Ellensburg
- Estimated 1600 attendees
- 5.5 hours (11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Live music
- Food by vendors & downtown businesses
- And did we mention, BEER!
We provide:
- Returning musicians are eligible for a maximum stipend of $500. For new musicians, solo or duo acts can receive $250, while full-piece bands are eligible for up to $500.
- 1,600+ guests who want to hear your music
- An assignment of which venue you will be playing at
- Venue monitors at each venue to make sure everything runs smoothly
- All equipment necessary for your performance including seating for yourself if needed
- Set up at designated venue between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (BEER:30 starts promptly at 11:30 a.m.)
- An understanding that the breweries attending will be speaking about their products, your music will need to not overpower breweries ability to speak with patrons. The volume needs to be moderate.
- Music between 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with short breaks (no more than 10 minutes)
Either party reserves the right to cancel their participation in the event up to 30 days before the scheduled date without penalty if the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to Acts of God, Acts of War, or issues related to COVID-19.
