River Guide Training

We are excited to announce that we have several openings for our upcoming River Guide Training Academy. This program, covers a wide range of topics, including reading water, river navigation, rescue techniques, raft rigging, river etiquette, leadership, interpretation, and much more. Throughout the program, students will learn how to safely guide rafts down Class II and III rivers. Our ultimate goal is for each student to become a well-rounded river guide.
 
Classes will begin on March 25th, and the cost of the program is $300. 
The last day to sign up is March 15th, but we encourage early registration since space is limited.
 
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Be a strong swimmer, 
Able to lift 50 pounds, 
Able to maintain a level head under pressure, 
Have a passion for the outdoors and working with people.
