Founded in 1969, Adair Homes is the West's largest and most experienced builder of quality custom homes. Serving Kittitas County and the surrounding areas has been our privilege, and we look forward to helping more families achieve their dreams with a custom on-your-lot home!

Tim Carnagey has been with Adair Homes since July 2023, based out of the Union Gap branch that serves the build area covering multiple counties, including Kittitas, Yakima, Chelan, Grant, and Douglas.

Tim is a very passionate Home Ownership Counselor, and happy to meet with families to understand their story and vision in building a new home. He is very sensitive and understanding and strives to be a trusted advisor in the process that might be one of the biggest decisions of some family's lives!
