4th Annual Winter Solstice Event: Washington Outdoor School

Our 4th Annual Winter Solstice Celebration will be happening Saturday, December 16th from 3p.m. until 5p.m. at The Hideaway next door to Marko’s in Roslyn. This indoor/outdoor event will be put on in cooperation with RTown Community, a local community organization committed to sponsoring events that foster joy and positive community development and the original fiscal sponsor for our school. This fundraising event will offer delicious soups, adult and child-friendly drinks, music, children’s crafts, raffle baskets filled with items perfect for holiday gift giving especially for young children and for the first time this year just before we leave for the most enchanting luminaria walk in the forest we will “Burn the Grump” prior to our walk—you’ll have to show up to find out what this is and you will love it! A donation of $10 per person at the door includes a take home mug for your soup or cider and bread.
