Central Washington University Chamber Winds Concert

The CWU Chamber Winds, conducted by professor Larry Gookin, will present an evening of chamber music Tuesday, May 5 at 7:00 p.m. in the CWU Concert Hall. The Chamber Winds will perform Serenade in Eb ,Opus 7, by Richard Strauss, and Kurt Weill?s Little Threepenny Music for Wind Ensemble. Special Guest for the Chamber Winds concert will be John Cox, Principal Horn of the Oregon Symphony, who will perform recital works by Glazunov, Hindemith, and Haydn. Mr. Cox will be accompanied by CWU faculty Elaine Ross, piano, and Jeff Snedeker, horn.
