Title: Climb to the top: How a trail restoration project impacts students, teachers and the community

Learn about the successes and lessons learned while implementing a collaborative service-learning project. The alternative education students and teachers of a local middle school, university pre-service teachers and faculty, and community organizations work together to restore and enhance the Manastash Ridge Trail. The affective and academic outcomes of this school/university/community collaboration will be discussed.
