CWU's Faculty Woodwind Quintet to Perform
The CWU Faculty Wind Quintet will present a concert on Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall. The group is comprised of virtuoso faculty members from the music department: flutist Hal Ott, oboist Brent Hages, clarinetist Joseph Brooks, bassoonist Daniel Lipori and hornist Jeffrey Snedeker. New to the program last year, the quintet is quickly developing a reputation as one of the finest of its kind in the region.The program will include works by Darius Milhaud, Paul Hindemith, Malcolm Arnold, Astor Piazzolla and Vincent Persichetti.
