Ellensburg Film Festival

Fueled by the success of last year's inaugural event, the staff and volunteers of the Ellensburg Film Festival are looking forward to what's shaping up to be an outstanding line up of new independent and classic films from around the globe. The festival will show dozens of films, from documentaries and foreign ones to short films and full-length features. It showcases filmmakers from across the region, nation and globally. A handful of them win money for their creations, including one for Best Central Washington film. Along with a weekend of great flicks, the festival hosts an opening night gala at Dakota Cafe on Oct. 6 and a party the following night. Times are still yet to be determined, as well as the Oct. 7 party location. So check back soon! The committee is actively working on the details for this year's event, and will be posting more details about the films, tickets, schedules, and sponsorship, so please check back periodically for updates.
