Family Literacy Nights at CWU
In an effort to promote the literary arts and engage the CWU and Ellensburg youth and families, the Center for Diversity and Social Justice (CDSJ) presents Family Literacy Nights Tuesday, April 28, Thursday, May 7 and Tuesday, May 12 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Michaelson Hall room 126. These events are free and open to the public. CWU teacher candidates enrolled in EDLT 321, Teaching Children's Literature, will read to the children at this great opportunity to bring the family together for a fun night of reading. There will be free drinks and popcorn for all those in attendance, as well as a free book for each child to take home.
