Free Strength and Balance Exercise classes offered for older residents
RSVP and Volunteer Center of Kittitas County will be offering an additional Stay Active and Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.) strength and balance class beginning February 2 2016. This class is designed for older residents to help keep their muscles tone and to help prevent falling. The exercises can be done in sitting in a char or standing to music and great fun for all participants. You may pick up more information about the class which includes doctor release form on February 2 at 1:30 pm at the Jazzercise building. Men and women 60 and older are encouraged to check out the class and join in the fun.

The class will be taught by certified and trained S.A.I.L. instructor Barb Phelps at the Jazzercise facility in Ellensburg. Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 pm
Fees/Admission
The classes are free but Jazzercise charges each student a $15.00 monthly building use fee.
