What is "Fresh"? Fresh celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are reinventing our food system. Each has witnessed the rapid transofrmation of our agriculture into an industrial model, and confornted the consequences: food contamination, environmental pollistion, depletion of natural resources, and morbid obesity. Forging healthier, sustainable alternatives, they offer a practical vision for a future of our food and our planet.
